Open Call for Birth Art
We are looking for artwork that represents the transformation, growth and beauty that comes with pregnancy and birth.*
Pregnancy is more than taking your vitamins and growing more and more round-it's also about the amazing experience of birthing a human being. Many women report an emotional transformation in becoming a mother, and that transformation translates into dynamic art. BirthSmart, a local non-profit dedicated to empowered birth, is hosting a Birth Art Exhibit and Reception to display this beautiful and powerful art.
Anyone can submit art for the show, and all mediums will be considered. Your ticket purchase includes your hanging fee for one submission and guarantees one space in the Birth Smart Art Show. Please purchase a ticket for each piece you wish to submit.
