Overview

I’m a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Northern Colorado. Most people call me a nutritionist. I worked in a clinical setting for more than six years, and now I am working for you online

I know about the challenge of living with diabetes from two perspectives. Many of my clinical clients had been diagnosed with diabetes, and I saw their frustration with the onset of the numerous complications of this chronic condition. But I was also able to help many clients manage their diabetes and stay healthier through healthy eating.

On the personal side, three members of my immediate family were diagnosed with diabetes. My mother, who lived with the diabetic diagnosis for 30 years, was a great testament to properly managed diabetes. She lived a full, active life till she was 90!
